What happens when you contact us

Precision Exterior Services LLC uses the information you provide to review your project, respond to you, prepare estimates, and manage work you request.

Estimate requests and project records

The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, project location, type of work, preferred contact method, and a description. Email is optional unless you choose email contact. Requests are stored in our business system. Project records may also include photos, appointments, messages, estimates, and job documents you share with us.

Information saved on your device

The estimate form can save an unfinished draft in this browser so your entries survive an interrupted connection. The draft is cleared after a successful submission. On a shared device, clear this site’s browser data after entering private project information.

Website measurement and service providers

The site saves the first public page you visit, campaign identifiers, and the referring website in this browser for up to 30 days, and can attach them to an estimate request to help us understand how customers find us. This record does not include private portal pages or unrelated URL parameters. When Google measurement is configured, it can also measure visits, contact-link clicks, and successful estimate submissions. Hosting and security providers process technical request information to operate the site and reduce abuse.

Calls, texts, and email

Call, text, and email links open your chosen app. Information you send is also handled by the relevant telephone, messaging, or email provider.
